Your email address and the name you give us; your role (client or maker); anything you type into a project, maker profile, bid or message; images and CAD files you upload; and ordinary technical logs such as IP address and browser, kept for security and debugging.
To run your account, match projects to makers, deliver messages and notifications, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded files to train machine-learning models.
Your name and, for makers, your shop profile and photos are visible to others — that is how matching works. Project briefs and reference images are visible to signed-in users. Your 3D files are visible only to you and to a maker whose bid you accept. Messages are visible only to the two people in the conversation. Reviews are public.
We use Supabase for our database, authentication, file storage and realtime messaging, and Vercel for hosting. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. Data is currently stored in the United States.
We keep your account data while your account exists. Delete your account by writing to support@vlodkodesign.com and we will remove your profile, projects, files and messages, except anything we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to support@vlodkodesign.com and we will respond within the period the law requires.
We use a small number of strictly necessary browser storage items to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not run advertising trackers.
